Your Stay Designed for comfort and ease, this bright single-level home suits families, couples, and small groups alike. The open layout flows from the living space through the kitchen and straight out to the private backyard. The Backyard & Pool This is where guests spend their time. The private pool sits in a fully fenced tropical garden, with sun loungers, shaded seating, and an outdoor dining table. String lights make it just as good after dark. Pool towels, beach chairs, and shade are all provided. (Pool heating is available on request for a small daily fee — details further down.) Sleeping Arrangements Primary bedroom — king bed, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, plush linens, and direct access to the pool Second bedroom — queen bed, spacious closet, steps from the second full bathroom Living area — full-size Murphy bed, ideal for our younger guests. Everything is on one level — no stairs anywhere in the home. Bathrooms Two full bathrooms — one ensuite, one shared — both bright and stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Kitchen & Dining A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and real cookware. Coffee however you take it — drip, French press, or Keurig. Eat inside at the dining table, or bring breakfast out to the outdoor dining table by the pool. Living Space A large sectional, ceiling fans, and 65" smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video and Apple TV. Fast 450 Mbps Wi-Fi throughout. Traveling with Little Ones? On request we'll set out a crib with bedding, a high chair, a baby bath, and child-friendly plates, cups and utensils.

🏡 House Rules – Please Read Carefully 1. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM No loud music or conversations during these hours. City ordinance enforced. Fines may apply. 2. No Smoking or Vaping Strictly prohibited indoors. $1,000 fine if violated. 3. No Parties or Events. Only registered guests allowed, make sure to add all guest in the reservation. Written approval required for visitors. Fines may apply. 4. Parking on driveway only. No street or lawn parking. Guest is responsible for any fines. 5. Always keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving the house. 6. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home, furniture, decor, or amenities and will be charged for extra cleaning, repairs or replacement. 7. No 3rd Party Bookings. Guests in reservation must match guest staying. Violations will result in cancellation with no refund. 8. Check-Out is at 10 AM, unless there is an agreement with the host. Unauthorized delays will be charged a fee of $40 per hour. Please leave the home in accordance to the check out instructions. 9. Pool Safety No lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times. The Pool — How It Works Here The pool is cleaned and chemically balanced before you arrive, and while you're here it's entirely yours — nobody else swims in it. That privacy comes with one difference from a hotel: there's no attendant walking past every hour. A large oak shades part of the yard, so after wind or rain you may find leaves or pollen on the floor and surface. We leave a net and pole by the pool so you can skim it off in a minute. If it ever gets beyond that, just message us and we'll bring a pool-cleaning robot over — at a time we've agreed with you first. Pool Heating — Optional, Additional Fee The pool can be heated on request. Please let us know before arrival so it's ready when you check in. • $15 per 5°F of warming — one-time, charged on setup day • plus $15 per day to maintain the temperature for the rest of your stay Example: a 4-night stay warmed 10°F = $30 setup + $45 for the remaining 3 days = $75 total. We'll send a payment request through Airbnb, and heating is switched on the morning of your arrival once payment clears. Lawn Care A lawn service keeps the yard looking its best. They come on Tuesdays and will also step into the back yard to trim the small lawn area and blow off the decks. They work outside only and are usually done quickly — we mention it so a visit is never a surprise, and they won't need to come indoors.
